Through what has been a pretty strange time, one thing that has stood out to me is the need for us to have some direction or guidance in what we are doing.
Otherwise... we're literally just winging it.
That only works for so long, and the same goes for having a training plan.

Who is it for?
From Beginner to Advanced gym goer. You will set your own standard in week 1 and progress from there.

How does it work?
With the gyms set to open with some restrictions in place. You might not be able to jump on the kit you want, train when you want or waste time chatting like you used to.
You're going to have to get in, crack on and get out. Minimal equipment, minimal time setting up, minimal time wasted... Also the fact, it might of been 4 months since you touched a weight so building from the bottom up is going to be KEY.
'The New Strength - Return to Gym' takes all of this into account.
Your programmes will be set up on an app, along with instructional video's to help with the exercises and a messenger app to chat with your trainer at any time.
The best thing... You will learn the Unit One way of training which (in my slightly bias but fully backed by results opinion) is up there with the best for long lasting results.
You will learn our tried and tested ways of 'warming up'. This is no jog on the treadmill and crack on sort of warm up.
We have a system that gets your body fired up, increases mobility, works every joint through its full range and gets you moving better long term.
(You maybe thinking this isn't for you... but read the feedback and you might change your mind)
Setting your own standards means you will be tested on certain exercises. The rest of your programme will build off of these, meaning progress is guaranteed if you put the work in and follow the plan.
Your body will gradually move better, them aches and pains will be gone and you will be left with a body that is stronger, and more robust ready to tackle the next phase of training...
