Unit One Club Sessions
Before going on to read all about what our Club sessions are about, please note that this is still very much personal training. Meaning we do advise speaking to one of our trainers before making a decision that this is or isn't for you.
Our Unit One club sessions are what sets us apart from the rest. These are our small group personal training sessions. Making personal training more affordable and more enjoyable. You will train in a group of no more than 6 individuals all with similar goals.
Our programmes follow a unique way of training which has been developed over years of personal training by the founder of Unit One, Luke.

What's included in our Club memberships:
- 2 or 3 Club sessions per week
- An open team session Saturday’s.
- Continued support from your trainer and the rest of the team
- 1:1 guidance on nutrition
- 1:1 guidance on training outside of Unit One
- 1:1 help with any injuries/limitations
