A Pathway Programme should be a staple for anyone starting, joining or using the gym.
This is a programme designed to lay the foundations and create that Pathway in your training journey.
Once complete, you will walk into any gym with confidence that you know what to do to get the most out of your time in there.

How does it work?
We have 2 options;
1. 100% Online
2. 1:1 Personal Training + Online programme
The 100% online option isn't for everyone, and we only accept those we know will get results from this. This means we would need to book in some time to talk on the phone before you was to sign up. To do this please email enquiries@unitoneclub.co.uk
With Option 2, you get the full experience of working 1:1 with a highly qualified Personal trainer. Your trainer will be with you every step of the way and also there to guide you on your journey once you complete the Pathway.
What to expect
- Movement assessment
Your trainer can then prescribe any personalised drills that may help fix old injuries, fix some imbalances or just strengthen some areas that will help with exercises further down the line.
- Warm up drills & Mobility work
- Activation work
- Core strengthening and stability
- Learn the basics of moving your own bodyweight and how this crosses over into all forms of training
- Master basic movement patterns with bodyweight and/or dumbbells
- Learn the basics of cardio and how you can use this to maximise your training
We aim to work through all of this in 4 x 1:1 sessions. Plus some basic drills you will be able to do from home, using our personalised app.
We have made the Pathway Programme compulsory for anyone joining Unit One, and we genuinely believe all gyms should have something similar to ensure full safety of members, but also to ensure they get results... long term.
